I think it's extremely reasonable to discuss if a hotel meets/does not meet WoH benefits — how else would people know what to expect? (there is also no obligation to read or reply to content you don't find useful)


In that vein, pleased to report I've done the seemingly impossible and got a late(r) checkout at 2pm after much negotiation, and maybe some Eras Tour guilt tripping. Have never seen a hotel so aggressively uninterested in being a Hyatt.

As for the property, widely meshes with what other folks have reported. Wellness Suite bones are great and the room was more than sufficient. Housekeeping was superb, but there's little to no maintenance of the rooms and it shows. AC was perfect though the WiFi did go out completely one night.

The location is great, to the point where is almost frustrating because it could be such a great property if they just tried. The gym has gorgeous views of the Belvedere Palace, which is both nice and somewhat silly — they could charge a fortune for rooms facing that way.

I'd stay here on points again, but certainly not cash or above a Cat 2.
