Some transport questions. On arrival at the airport, is it easy to just use the Grab or Gojek ride apps to get to the hotel? I'll already have an Indonesian SIM card. About how much should I expect to pay? Is there a better option than using the ride apps?

After a couple of days, I'll be transferring to the Alila in Ubud. Do I need to arrange a driver, or will the ride apps get the job done? And does anyone know approximately what this ride will cost?

Finally, for sightseeing, I assume it's best to hire a driver? Any recommendations? Is the price pretty standard, and is any negotiation warranted?
