Booked a flight as a OW Sapphire (AS) via AA for mid-

January DEN-LHR-LIS Premium economy. Seat selection went fine for the 787-10, but this is what was offered for the 320N.



Not impressed, I called BA and the gal in India kept trying to give me a window seat in 21 - not interested in the crappy seat pitch. Given this flight is 4+ months away was surprised all exit rows are filled and all of main empty - lovely BA IT at work? Or are we not allowed to select exit row anymore?
