Just snagged an ANA Business class seat from IAD to HND for next weekend. The ANA lounge page for DC states "The Turkish Airlines Lounge and the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse in the Washington Dulles International Airport are available for your use. On this page, you'll find the criteria for lounge access when using ANA-operated international flights." It has no mention of Polaris lounge access. Will I be able to access the IAD PL?
