I was flying Latam economy but have Delta GLD status and I was recently denied entry at both:
LAX Qantas Business lounge (that serves Latam Busines passengers)
LIM Sumaq
Both lounges are contracted/third party and I read somewhere on the delta website that when lounges are third party/contracted there may not be access.
At Lax I talked to the dragon at the entrance and she told me that they only allow Latam business pax and Latam elites (no Delta or Skyteam elites)
Yes this is correct. To enter the Qantas Business Lounge you must be flying J. The LIM Sumaq lounge is for J passengers only. If you have Priority Pass you can enter the HanaQ lounge next door in LIM.
