Uber Rental Cars throughout Mexico in the Uber App
UBER now has the ability to rent you vehicles through the Uber App. You can book through the app for Avis, Hertz, Budget, Sixt, Payless, Dollar Thrifty and Ace.

This should hopefully prevent issues directly with the rental car dealer.
