I think they are long gone, though you can always request individual items from the crew. Not too sure what's on offer though. Curious when they last handed out amenity kits in Y.

I do remember the one time I asked for a toothbrush (in Y) on a BA TATL flight and the FA gave me a fresh J amenity kit!
