Good grief, I don't know how many times this has to said/repeated in the Hyatt forum. What the T&Cs say and what can occur at an individual property at a moment in time are not always the same thing. There is little incentive for Hyatt to police it aggressively; it is what it is. If this is a deal breaker for someone, perhaps they should consider voting with their wallet
