ANA premium customer prefer JFK over EWR.

UA serves both NRT and HND from ewr, but that's daytime service not late night for the purposes of this thread. I've done 8pm economy EWR-LAX to connect to the red-eye NH LAX-HND before. J passengers wouldn't have Polaris access at EWR for this routing

excellent point there speaking of the 8:00 p.m. flight you must be referring to UA2321 NH7235 connection to NH105. If you book it as an EWR-MNL via LAX/HND that becomes UA2321 to NH105/869.

Looking at the website it's the same menu option as NH107 SFO-HND. You would need to go too the menu option then put in LAX/SFO to NRT/HND. Speaking of the daytime departure LAX to NRT/HND NH125 that has the same meal as NH005 to NRT. They also grouped NH009/010 to the menu for NH005/125
