Was told that they "always uphold the 4pm Globalist check out," but this weekend is especially busy, so they cannot confirm until the day of. Skeptical about that statement and that I'll get anything beyond 11am, but going to Hyatt directly for help will probably go nowhere.
The terms do not allow 4pm to be optional at hotel choice for any reason.
"Upon request, Globalists will receive a 4:00 PM late checkout (local hotel time) on day of their departure at Hyatt hotels, provided that (a) late checkout is subject to availability at hotels with a casino, Hyatt resorts, and Destination by Hyatt Residences locations; and (b) late checkout is not offered at Hyatt Vacation Club properties."
