What's the correct way to submit the claim? I've gone to https://www.united.com/en/br/customercare and noted I have a Question related to International Passenger Rights - do I just enter my info in there? Or do I file it as a complaint? Or something else?

It also gives me the option to include others on the reservation. Can I submit one claim for everyone on the reservation (husband and myself)? Or does he need to submit his own separately?
