You will likely need to book a ticket using some of your travel funds (not all) and the voucher and then cancel the ticket right away so that the voucher funds become a travel credit. Either flnd a flight that the non-fee part is at least $100 or to do it multiple times to get all the voucher amount converted. If you use a credit card for a portion of the ticket it can be refunded back to the cc if you cancel right away, and the voucher portion is refunded as travel funds.
As stated above, you can't use the voucher for the fee portion of the ticket, and once the reservation is cancelled and the voucher becomes travel funds they don't expire.
