Funnily enough, you (unwittingly?) confirm what I wrote: If there are regular delays on a route due to ATC, the block time and/or turnaround time must be adjusted accordingly. The same goes for maintenance.
When there is no pressure on the long-haul fleets, why do you think TK needs to deploy 333s (highest MTOW 235 t!) to SEA? 359 MSN 678, 682 and 688 are delayed, together with LGO being inactive for quite some time now this shakes up the fleet planning. On top of that, in July LGA went AOG in GRU, LGU in MNL. The 789 fleet is already stretched as well, from this month there will be nine extra flights a week to SEA, DFW and TPE without any new Dreamliners coming in, LN 1239 is not even built yet.
