I find it interesting that complaints regarding the rude staff at the Spa has been solidly consistent since 2019 until 2024. I'm talking about TA, FT, even youtube reviews.
How an earth does a management get the same complaint about the same exact issue for five years running and still manages to maintain it as a problem??? Is it just them being stubborn?
