Just called and tried to book an Aeromexico flight, CSR was lovely but not really helpful. She took the dates and said she couldn't see anything for those dates. I then asked about single seats, one way, in any class on those dates - instant "no, sorry my love, maybe try again in a few days time". What about any seats on Aeromexico anywhere on any date? - "no, sorry my love". Is this part of the KLM / AF IT issue? - "No it's not, but maybe try again in a few days".
These flights are showing as having reward seat availability on AF/KLM website.
I don't know if I'm unlucky, but this is the same useless response I've had now three times over the past two years when trying to book partner airlines with points via the call centre.
