Thanks all...this is helpful. I was wanting to book my daughter using miles since she may not be able to join us. I was going to look for Comfort Plus or Premium Economy not Biz. I know I can get the miles refunded. Sounds like I either need to come up with a plan B (book using $) or book on Delta metal.
