Unfortunately, there's no way to book all the way to OSL on DL metal. You'd have to book award flights to AMS or CDG and then book separate award or revenue fares to OSL in order to get Amex 15% discount on awards. AF/KL do not have an equivalent to DL Comfort+ fares or awards. They only have DL Premium Select equivalents which are likely going to be as challenging finding award space as Biz (and the mileage amount will not be cheap). KL has Economy Comfort seating which can pucharsed separately after booking an Economy fare.
June is high season to Europe which means fares are at their most expensive. The cheapest fares require off-season travel during Winter, and there also cheaper fares available for Fall and Spring travel which are considered shoulder season. The KL AUS-AMS flight only operates 3x weekly which limits your options if you want one stop travel. The cheapest roundtrip fares on AUS-OSL in June are currently $1564 in Basic Economy, $1784 in Economy, and $2988 in Premium Comfort. The seat charge to go from Economy to Economy Comfort on the KL AUS-AMS and AMS-AUS flights is currently showing as $136.90 one way.
