Had some difficulty figuring out the Hyatt website.

If you search with cash, they would show you at least 4 rates, non-refundable, refundable, room only, room with breakfast.

If I searched by points, it showed only one per night points value, so I don't know what those points include, refundable or non refundable, refundable with breakfast or not?

Until I transfer the points, it tells me I don't have any points, do you want to buy x points, which is the total for the redemption. The total is more than the per night points figure multiplied by the number of nights so I presume that includes all taxes and fees?

Because I was searching in Copenhagen and they have 25% hotel taxes there.

I don't want to transfer points and find out the redemption is for non-refundable booking with room only.

Because once I transfer, they have to be used for Hyatt redemptions and who knows if they expire at some point.
