QF ff points cannot be transferred to another frequent flyer program. QF points can only use via the QF web site or phone.
Very unusual that ff miles/points can be moved between ffp's. Can do with VA Velocity<--->SQ Krisflyer, but at a big discount.
Avios ff currency is used by BA, QR, EI, IB AY. Avios, but not status, can be moved between these ffp's subject to t&c's.
