Anyone with the new Cardless Avianca card still have the old Club LifeMiles sub and paying for it with the card?

I ask because I have the membership (6 months required, September will be my last month), I pay for it with the Cardless card. I get billed every 1st of the month. For some reason I get double billed on the 4th, but the charge doesn't go against my running balance, remaining credit or even show up on my statement - nor did I pay it when paying off the balance. It's like it is a ghost charge or something? Cardless is doing an investigation into my July 4th charge, and in that time I got the August 4th double bill.
