It sounds like the secluded resorts in Maldives and Bora Bora, except it's all inclusive and closer for some. I am expecting the marine life to be less stellar but the pampering paradise factor to be enriched. It's definitely possible to get bored at these kind of places depending on preference. Personally, having been to Maldives and Bora Bora multiple times, I've not been bored - I'm too busy gasping at the beauty and taking a million pics, when I'm not lounging in a hammock gradually falling asleep to my music.
