This isn't the correct thread, but IIRC:

You must be Plat Pro or higher with AAdvantage to have a shot at Globalist
You only receive instant Explorist, and need 20 nights to become a Globalist

So, you can't just expect to press some buttons and be a Globalist for a specific stay in January 2025.
