Below 5/24, top credit, longtime chase card customer on both sides (have a lot of credit on personal side, but they didnt mention)
Bummer

I also have a few Chase personal cards as well; I know that I am under the 5/24 rule, plus, as far as I recall, the business card does not count anyway. Is that correct?

One thing I have noticed in the posts is that business information is very brief. I have been wondering all along if difficult to verify businesses are bein scrutinized more (not categorically rejected.). I know Dunn and Bradstreet recently reported that the information they return on business credit inquiries was going to be a little different. Just a thought but in any case and for whatever the reason, more datapoints will likely help here for this audience!!
Its interesting - I have a longtime legit business, and when I called in they asked questions about the type of business, structure, employess, monthly spend, *spend type* and I even said something similar to another suggestion (which is true) that I wanted to split off expenses (as a reason I've got multiple Inks).

I see Schnit got approved but more building on the "too many open account / too much credit" denials here... (my initial post had low utilization bc thats what the person on the phone said, but the letter is the same "You have too many active accounts or too much available credit"
