Solution - hotel loyalty points
Thanks, that is painful! I am short 1.2k points to make a redemption for my family and struggling to get over the line.
I sent it from my credit card, did not pool. I have sent from hotel, hope it pools... takes a few days, hoping award availability stays around (saver ticket so need to book it as return...)
What about if someone gifts you the points, will they pool?
I was in the same situation mate.. points directly transferred from Amex are credited into personal account
but Interestingly points transferred from hotel partners are credited to family account.
just transferred 3000 Marriott points to 1000 emirates skywards to check & test & it’s credited to my family account.
