Out of interest, if I am on a connectiong flight with LH providing the first sector with the remainder of the sectors on Oman, if LH were to cancel but Oman rerouted me to get me to the end destination within 3 hours of my oriignal arrival time, I assume LH would still be responsible for EU261, the ticket is fully provided by Oman and shows on LH site as Depature to actual end destination
