Can you just call a car service and request two drivers? You just need someone to wait inside at baggage claim and then help you take luggage in at the next airport. The second driver will just sit in the car and come drive up when you arrive to get your bags. I'd be surprised if some service doesn't offer this. At worse it would cost 2x what a single car would cost. Seems like a totally reasonable request and totally feasible solution.
