Recently had a misconnect on my GVA-MUC-PEK resulting in a 24h delay. First leg was operated by EN (sold as LH codeshare) and delayed by 2:05. Filled claim form on LH website and received a message saying they were forwarding my claim to the operating carrier (EN).
Question is: can EN throw out my claim because their flight was "only" 125 mins late, or are they considered responsible for the delay in reaching my final destination?
EN are responsible, unless the delay was extraordinary, beyond their control, which they are required to prove.
