I went through last week and MPC line took about 5-10 minutes. There was a separate line for global entry, a separate line for regular customs, and the mpc line. Both mpc and global entry moved quickly. However, after getting thru customs, the tsa pre-check lines were way longer than I expected when I had to collect my check in luggage, drop it off again, and go back through security. That is what took the longest. Charlotte was packed with people everywhere in the airport. 90 minutes would have been long enough for me last week but not without mpc and pre-check. I think the people in the regular lines took way long than that. One thing I hated is my plane arrived at like 1230 pm but Customs doesnt open until 1 pm so we had to sit there until after 1 pm. The times I am referencing above is after we were "cleared" to leave the plane around 110 pm or so. Also I was sitting near the front of the plane so was able to get in front of most of the rest of the people from my plane, so that helped a ton as well
