So as I expected, the double TPs from the holiday have now posted - incorrectly - due to the base TP issue not having been resolved. I appreciate that wiser heads on here will say you just have to let BA play out its glacial process, but it's just so frustrating when you can see what's coming...
Oh and we all got bunged 5k Avios for the 2 hour baggage wait. Honestly I don't know if that's in line with whatever service recovery matrix BA has, but it does feel rather stingy to me. IIRC, in another post somewhere, I think someone indicated that 10k may be more reasonable. I wonder if it was because it was 6 of us impacted that they were less generous?
