Am I able to choose the amount of travel bank I want to use? For example, let's say ticket is $250 and I have $500 worth of TravelBank. Am I able to select $249 to use from the travel bank and 1 dollar from the credit card?

Only reason I'm asking is I get credit card protection if I at least charge a portion to the card.
