That's wholly unrealistic...I often go to business meetings on my day of departure and then want to freshen up or even have a nap before I head to the airport to fly out at 4 pm or whenever prior to that is convenient for ME.
As a LTT the 4pm check-out is one of the reasons I keep staying at Marriott properties. I fully expect properties to live to the guarantee and I push them to do so if I get any resistance at the FD.
