Just had a wonderful week long stay here. Used a suite upgrade award in advance to secure a Park Suite Deluxe on the 30th floor which was amazing. Funnily at reception I was informed I had been upgraded to a Park Suite Deluxe and I had to say I knew because I’d used a suite upgrade award. The staff member replied ‘ah yes, but we can’t upgrade you any further I am afraid as it’s the top’ (of standard suites I believe she meant). I had not asked for anything further - but good for this forum to manage peoples expectations. Definitely no further upgrade was needed, as the Park Suite Deluxe is a phenomenally nice suite.

There is noise in Jakarta but the design of the room has the bedroom in the centre of the suite and not by windows, so the noise was definitely no issue for me and I am a very light sleeper.

Staff were consistently amazing. I felt more staff knew my name there than colleagues in my company did! They really hit that luxury service level of anticipating needs/wants perfectly.

I would very much recommend this hotel and will return. The only negative is that it set my Park Hyatt expectations so high that poor Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi that I stayed with next couldn’t really hope to match and was particularly disappointing.
