Anyone had a similar problem or any advice - I tried booking a ticket using my travel bank online but kept giving me an error so I chatted with an agent due to long wait times to have them book it for me. The agent put the full ticket on my cc instead of $600 from TB and 3.40 from cc. I realized the mistake while still chatting so he said he will cancel and rebook correctly. He told me is would take 24 hours to ticket but not to worry that it is booked and as proof he told me the TB balance is now $0. I chatted with UA again tonight to see if they can assign me a seat and they told me the ticket has not been paid for. After looking into it further they told me they do see the $600 TB (after originally telling me they cant find it) and they had me pay the $4.30 again. Now they are telling me that the reservation can not be ticketed until the day of the flight.
