NO power,
NO air conditioning,
NO fresh air (windows don't open),
NO WiFi,
NO cell service,
NO TV,
NO water (pumps need electric),
NO food or drinks available,
limited, if any elevator service,
a ceiling that will likely leak near the windows,
flooded floors,
collapsing ceiling drywall / tiles,
fire alarm going off constantly (I can't underscore how unpleasant this is),
NO linen / towel service.
