Your salad looks weak, the pasta overcooked and missing pesto, and the chicken looks dry and not too appetizing.
Also the lack of a cheese plate and the same so so ice cream for dessert are also issues for me not to mention the archaic IFE.
I don't use IFE other than for flight map, and I can use the crappy PP lounge at BOS (or if I have extra time, the Sapphire). There's Aspire in SAN. So IFE and lounge are non-factors on this route at least. But definitely an issue at JFK where there is less than nothing to do if your flight is delayed. Which it will be.

Now now, the "parmig(g)iano" (as if) on the overcooked pesto-less pasta might as well have been bread crumbs. And the croutons on the "escarole" (it tasted like romaine) were just bread crumbs pre-crumbing. So, not so fast!
