I was originally scheduled to fly on AF 321 in the new business class seat 1A on the A350. At the last minute, the plane was switched to the Joon A350, and I was assigned seat 1C (this seat is not good as it is closer to the aisle and further from the windows). Customer service said I had to pay if I want to switch to another flight. Is there anything I can do?
