You were told you didn't have access to which, the SK fast track or the regular fast track? Last time I was there was in 2022, but I remember there being signage for *G at the regular fast track, and when I asked why given there was also the SK fast track, I was told the SK fast track wasn't always open, so passengers were also allowed to use the regular fast track.
