In my humble opinion, and those of many other FTers, US Air has been taking steps in the right direction and overcome many challenges. While there are still obstacles, the company has proven itself in the new year and seems very likely to be flying when you plan on taking the trip. I wouldn't worry that much. Plus, if you register (see my MilesBuzz thread or USAir forum) you'll get up to 40k bonus miles for flying in Envoy class to Europe or FREE DOUBLE MILES otherwise on all flights booked by Jan 30 2005 and flown by Dec 31 2005.
