Interestingly enough, I flew Delta during their CrowdStrike meltdown and had to call reservations twice. No wait either time even as a non-status member.
Unfortunately AA wants to turn customers toward self service options as much as possible, but those don’t work once there are irrops… and I’m afraid that as time goes on fewer resources will be put into res agent staffing.
