For some reason, when I was sent the pre-select meal email, I was only given the options available on board. No "exclusive" options are shown, only 3 dishes - one being vegetarian - and the express option. I have contacted Virgin Atlantic, but they don't seem to be able to help. They keep sending the same link with the incomplete list of options. I even asked if I could place my order directly with them, but was told they could not.

This is a huge disappointment. Part of the lure of Upper Class is the dining, and part of the lure of the dining is having a variety of options. It doesn't help I was really looking forward to the Rosemary and Goats Cheese tortellini which should be one of the exclusive options.
