Totally agree. I think they’ve been open for a year now and should be firing on all cylinders by now. Feedback should be getting more positive fingers crossed.
Don't forget the opening was rocky to say the least and there was a mass exodus (or firing depending on what story you read) of many of the early hires. My guess is staff training is on going and repetitive. The Hawaiian spirit of a good resort is grounded on their long-time devoted employees.
