When I saw the title, I thought this would be like what happened to me about 20 years ago. I'd booked three nights at a hotel in DC but when I got there they told me they were actually full the first night and needed me to stay at another hotel they had found the first night and come back to the hotel the next day for the following two nights. At the time I had a broken arm and I was on a business trip. Very not happy. Never booked through Hotline again and never stayed at the hotel again.

This was not that! They re-accommodated you during a hurricane!
