I was on this flight cancelled 2 and a half hours after 535 expected departure ( never left Sydney)due to engineering issues, booked in J and was sent home by taxi together with luggage.
I was rebooked next day by Qantas Syd-Bne and Bne-Lax in J am I entitled to any compensation in the way of points?
Booking was through a travel agent part of a multi airline multi city j booking first leg.
When I return from Europe do I ask my travel agent to request points compensation on my behalf?
No word from Qantas following the rebooking.
