I disagree that it's a step up above a HGI. Definitely not.

1. Not sure why you went downstairs 3 times for a mobile key. I would have just taken a regular key to avoid frustrations after the first time.

2. Pools normally close at 6 pm/7 pm the latest, so Resorts World pools closing at 8 pm is very generous.

3. They do tend to run out of the Resorts World bears (It's Vegas so they are getting many guests). I didn't get a bear due to this on my first stay, but received one on my second stay.

4. I'm not sure if you went on a busy weekend, but you aren't entitled to an upgrade. It's nice to have one, but it isn't mandatory... Also, did you ask for one?

I booked a strip view at the Conrad and nicely asked for an upgrade at the desk. I was given a strip view 1 bedroom .

Sometimes it's important to reflect on the energy that we put out there. It can really make a difference in the experience we receive.
I arrived at 10:30pm on a Friday after traveling from the East Coast. I was pretty tired.

Having to visit the desk three times because the key didn’t work was an inconvenience. My first visit to the desk was because the key didn’t arrive in the app. My second and third visits to the desk were because the physical key given to me didn’t work.

And, yes, I did ask for an upgrade but was told one wasn’t available. Multiyear Honors Diamond here so I know the Honors terms and conditions and what they say about upgrades.

The Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World is a high-rise Hilton Garden Inn.
