Try adding the boarding pass to your phone’s digital wallet, that’s what I do… I have not seen a ‘stamp here’ option there, and have not needed one (put more accurately, a physical replacement boarding pass) since roughly 2022.

In either case, MH should be able to do it at the gate? Though, perhaps you need to go in advance… or when you head down early with all the luggage, go to T2 and ask them there? The MH counters at SIN should be open, given flights leave at least one every ~2-3 hours.
