Does anyone know of an Internet resource that collates information on which airline's flights accrue mileage in which FF programs?

The specific query I have in mind is in which FF programs can you accrue miles from flights on Emirates?

But it occurs to me that such a resource might have a wider benefit beyond this specific query.

For those times when making a one-off flight on an airline outside our chosen alliance, it might be useful to find out which would be the most beneficial program to put the miles for that flight in (after all, no-one wants to throw away those miles!).
