I booked a award ticket (off-peak & reward flight saver) for EDI-LHR-ZRH on the 20.08. however I would prefer to fly EDI-LCY-ZRH with arrival after lunch (not evening). Same day change is not applicable to reward seats, and calling BA will achieve nothing. Your status also counts for nothing, so the position is if BA revenue management release seats for the flights you want you can cancel and re-book. If they don't, your options are to book the flights you want as paid seats, or stick with what you have.
