Looking to go from MEL - LHR in Jun/July 2025 for 2 adults and trying to work out the best value way to utlise points (we've got about 600k points)

What would be better value (or easier to get)?
- Purchase 1 x Business fare and then use points to get a matching business ticket
- Purchase 2 x Full econ or PE and then upgrade using points
- Go for 2 x Business rewards and top up points pay (might be a bit short on points for this one)
