I have to either accept or reject the offer so I wasn't sure how CEDR would handle this if I rejected it on the grounds of it not including the downgrade compensation and cedr at some point agrees with BA on that and I lose the £520 offer.

Is there anything I can cite to prove that BA owes me for the downgrade and not AA? I have to reject the offer and submit a counter and want to provide some precedent.
