I am not a GGL but even I got to know CCR staff in my 4/5 visits a year and took great pleasure from speaking to a friendly face and feeling like I was well looked after (Charlie at the bar; does anyone remember Jade from 7/8 years ago?).
I even got to know the mythical Juan from the BOS lounge who, upon seeing my disappointment at the buffet one evening before another late flight to LHR, ushered me into pre-flight dining even though I was only in WT+. My upgrade came through moments later, it was as if he knew.
